1 pkg (300 g) Yves Veggie Cuisine® The Good Veggie Burger (4 burgers)
4 large Swiss chard leaves, stems removed
1/3 cup (75 mL) prepared hummus
2 tbsp (30 mL) finely chopped red onion
16 thin slices cucumber
4 slices tomato
When grilling, baste burgers with barbecue sauce if desired.
Use spicy, roasted garlic or Mediterranean-flavoured hummus if desired.
